超特原酒 Chotoku Genshu (Original fine sake)

This sake has the same density that was produced at the brewery. It’s in harmony with its taste, fragrance and characteristics through aging. You can enjoy it on the rocks, and in addition, we recommend to drink it as it is. When Shiokara is on your table ,the taste range of this dry sake is extended.

超特 Chotoku(Fine sake )

We have removed unnecessary all elements of taste during the brewing. This sake has the clearest taste of all our products.
You will notice that it has a strong taste, yet clear. Chotoku sake matches well with dishes of fresh fish.

特醸 Tokujou(Fine sake)

This sake has a dry taste that has harmonized its dryness and deliciousness. Trying a shot, you might feel that it is too dry, but as you drink, its fine taste will come out and appreciated. Tokujiou sake matches with Soba dishes very well.

本醸 Honjou(Original sake)

Honjou is dry but leaves a delicious taste on your pallet. This sake has been made at our brewery from the olden days. You can enjoy to drink it at any temperature.

銘醸Meijou(Standrd sake )

Meijou is a standrd sake but we have added no glucose ,no acids, and no amino acids. The taste is soft and lite but it has agood body. We recommend it to be served hot in winter. This sake matches well with barbecued chicken, fish and Oden nabe(which is boiled potato, ocutopus and others vegitables or fish in soy soup)

純米 Junmai (Fine pure rice sake)

The taste is clear and has some acidity which you will notice, if it is drunk chilled But, if you warm this sake ,it becomes more delicious. When you eat Temupura dishes ,we recommend Junmai.

悠醸Youjou(Excellent pure rice sake)

悠 means an atmosphere that is calm and friendly and醸 means brewing . Youjou has an apple like scent and a clear taste that we feel like the atmosphere in a pure mountain forest.

麗醸 Reijou(Excellent pure rice sake)

Think of yourself .On a summer day ,in a forest surrounded by crystal clear springs. You can hear the sound of a clear stream and leaves rustling against each other . As we imagined this ,Reijou was born. The taste is pleasantly fresh and fruity while being dry .

朋醸 Hohjou(Excellent pure rice aged sake)

Hohjou is Youjou has been aged for five years at our brewery. The taste is full-bodied but clear. We recommend that it be warmed for drinking in order to bring out its full character.

純米大吟しぼりたてJunmaidaigin Shiboritate(Excellent pure rice raw sake)

This sake is brewed up for about a month and as soon as it’s pressed, it’s bottled. As the several flavors haven’t separated yet, you can taste the sweetness, deliciousness, acidity, bitterness and astringency. on your palate. The taste of raw sake changes day by day. Therefor it must be kept in cool,dark place under five degrees centigrade.

吟醸しぼりたてGinjou Shiboritate(Fine raw sake)

This sake has just the fragrance you can smell at our brewry. The palate is a tiny bit rough for about two weeks after it’s bottled, then it will be pleasantly mild. You shoud only drink this raw sake chiled .

あぺりていふ “Apeliteifu” (Excellent pure rice sake)

Apeliteifu is the only sweet sake of all our products and is the richest one ,whch gets its delicious flavor from Yamadanishiki rice. We wish you will have an elegant time with  Apeliteifu sake.

小仕込純米 Kozikomi junmai (Exceiient pure rice sake)

Kozikomi junmai is the highest quality sake of Michisakari brand. You can detect a slight acidity which balances the clear delicious taste. This sake matches with Tempura cuisine very well.

まる尾 Maruo (Exceiient pure rice sake)

The brand name Maruo was used until the beginnig of the nineteenth century and then it was changed to Michisakari. But we revived it in 2006 to honor the tradition of local sake production. Even though the skill of brewing is different from that at time, we decided to produce a most elegant sake for our local customers. You can feel the fragrance of fruit on your palet ,as well as other flavors which harmonize very well. It is noted for its light,smooth aftertaste.
