’΄“ΑŒ΄Žπ Chotoku Genshu (Original fine sake):

This sake has the same density that was produced at the brewery. It's in harmony with its taste, fragrance and characteristics through aging. You can enjoy it on the rocks, and in addition, we recommend to drink it as it is. When salt fish is on your table, the taste range of this dry sake is extended.

’΄“Α@Chotoku(Fine sake ):

We have removed all unnecessary elements of taste during the brewing. This sake has the clearest taste of all our products.
You will notice that it has a strong yet clear taste. Chotoku sake matches well with dishes of fresh fish.

“Αψ@Tokujou(Fine sake):

This sake has a dry taste that has harmonized its dryness and deliciousness. Trying a shot, you might feel that it is too dry, but as you drink more, its fine taste will come out and be appreciated. Tokujiou sake matches with SOBA dishes very well.

Honjou is dry but leaves a delicious taste on your pallet. This sake has been made at our brewery from the olden days. You can enjoy it at any temperature.

–Αψ Meijou(Standard sake ):

Meijou is a standard sake but we have added no glucose, no acids, and no amino acids.
The taste is soft and light but it has a good body. We recommend it to be served hot in winter. This sake matches well with barbecued chicken, fish and ODEN NABE (which is boiled egg, potato, sausage, meat or fish in soy soup)

The taste is clear and has some acidity which you will notice, if it is drunk chilled. But, if you warm this sake, it becomes more delicious. When you eat Temupura dishes, we recommend this sake.

—I means an atmosphere that is calm and friendly and ψ means brewing . Youjou
has an apple like scent and a clear taste that we feel is like the atmosphere in a pure mountain forest.

‚κ‚’‚Ά‚ε‚€ Reijou(Excellent pure rice sake):

Think of yourself on a summer day in a forest surrounded by crystal clear springs.
You can hear the sound of a clear stream and leaves rustling against each other. As we imagined this, Reijou was born. The taste is pleasantly fresh and fruity while being dry.

•όψ Hohjou(Excellent pure rice aged sake):

Hohjou is that Youjou aged for five years at our brewery. The taste is full-bodied but clear. We recommend that it be warmed for drinking in order to bring out its full character.

ƒ•Δ‘ε‹α‚΅‚Ϊ‚θ‚½‚ΔJunmaidaigin Shiboritate(Excellent pure rice raw sake):

This sake is brewed for about a month and as soon as it's pressed, it's bottled. As there are several flavors in it, you can taste the sweetness, acidity, bitterness and astringency on your palate. The taste of raw sake changes day by day. Therefor it must be kept in a chilled and dark place and you should drink it as soon as possible.

‚Ι‚²‚θŽπ "Nigori sake" (Excellent pure rice raw cloudy sake):

This sake includes mash for sake that has plenty of yeast and it ferments in the bottle for a few months. The alcohol increases and the glucose decreases in the bottle for about 2 months after bottling and it gains carbon dioxide. The taste is dry and
has a pungency but it has a good flavor. This sake matches meat dishes.

¬Ždžƒ•ā@Kozikomi junmai (Exceiient pure rice sake)

Kozikomi junmai is the highest quality sake made by Michisakari. You can detect a slight acidity which balances the clear delicious taste. This sake matches with Tempura cuisine very well.

‚ά‚ι”φ@Maruo (Excellent pure rice sake)

Our brewery brand was called MARUO until the beginning of the nineteenth century and then it was changed to MICHISAKARI. But we revived the name MAROU in 2006 to honor the tradition of local sake production. Even though the skill of brewing is different from that time, we decided to produce the most elegant sake for our customers. You can smell the fragrance of fruit on your palette, as well as other flavors which harmonize very well. It is noted for its light, smooth aftertaste.

‚Π‚Θ‚½‚Ϊ‚Α‚± means that persons enjoy the sunshine outside or on a veranda. This is a raw sake with a little yeast which is from the Sake mash. So it looks foggy. The taste is very mild and the scent is delightful.

—δ–G@is the highest quality raw sake of our products. The brewing rice is YAMADANISHIKI,which makes the rich flavor and fruity fragrance in sake. The rate of dryness is +10 but it tastes sweet and delicious because there isnft any bitterness or astringency.

APERITIF is the only sweet sake of all our products and is the richest one, which gets
its delicious flavor from the special rice. We hope you will have an elegant time with APERITIF sake.

g—I‰Τˆ‰h is a liqueur with rose essence. It has the fascinating fragrance and color from rose petals. The taste is delicious and wonderful. We recommend it as an aperitif but you can also drink it during a meal.
