		The cultural climate around MICHISAKARI brewery： MICHISAKARI brewery is in TAJIMI city in the center of Japan. It is close to TOYOTA city. Sake brewing needs water, rice, proper surrounding and skill. The best surroundings are mountain areas where the winter is cold. Tajimi is close to Nagoya and Toyota Cities. In spite of the fact that is close to such big towns, it is surrounded by mountains with clear air and fresh spring water.
